Make an appointment and ask the Investor to confirm that the books have not been completed and confirm the amount paid

Sign the transfer documents at the notary office, hand over money and assets

- Confirmation that the book has not been made + Confirm the amount paid

- Apartment handover minutes

- Identification documents for both parties (citizen identity card + marriage registration/ marital status confirmation

Bring all original documents and request a notarized copy of the above documents.

Declare taxes at the district tax department and get an appointment letter of returning results.

- Original transfer document

- Authorization document (if any)

- Tax declaration set

- Copy of documents (identification of both parties + apartment documents)

The time to receive results may be extended depending on the Tax Authority

According to the appointment letter, go to the district tax department to get the notice and pay the tax at the bank

- Appointment letter of returning results.

Schedule an appointment with the Investor to submit documents and request transfer confirmation

- Transfer documents (5 originals)

- Tax notice (1 original + 04 copies)

- State budget payment documents (1 original + 4 photocopies)

- Dispute release letter (if any)

- Documents are notarized copies from both sides

- All house documents: Purchase contract, registration, agreement and attached appendices

- Deposit agreement ensures implementation of the sale contract

 

- Apartment handover minutes

 

- Hand over voucher (if any)

 

- Appendix settlement minutes (if any)

 

- Agreement to terminate the Loan Contract (if any)
