The Sapphire subdivision
The Sapphire is a mid-range apartment subdivision which is divided into The Sapphire 1, The Sapphire 2, The Sapphire 3 and The Sapphire 4 subdivisions. The apartments at The Sapphire have an area of about 30 - 75 m2 with minimal handover furniture (No air conditioning, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, smart devices). The apartment lobby does not have a receptionist. The Sapphire is the subdivision with the most accessible price at the Vinhomes Smart City project.

The Metrolines subdivision
The Metrolines is a higher-end apartment subdivision than The Sapphire, divided into The Miami, The Sakura, and The Victoria subdivisions.
