Vinhomes D’Capitale is a high-end apartment complex which divided into 2 legal forms: 50-year ownership (Buildings C2, C5) and long-term ownership (Buildings C1, C3, C6, C7).
- 50-year ownership form, currently still in the process of waiting for issuance of the book, so it exists in the form of Sales Contract transfering. However, VietStar Investor currently does not have representative to sign the transfer confirmation. Therefore, with the C2 and C5 Buildings, the customer will sign in the form of a Witness Statement at a Bailiff organization, along with signing notarized disposition authorization to transfer rights to the apartment.
- Long-term ownership at buildings C1, C3, C6 and C7. Currently, apartments that have been issued red books will sign Sales Contracts at a notary organization. The specific order and documents the parties need to prepare are as follows:
